Clear rules for using Isometricon in production.

These Terms of Service govern your access to Isometricon, including the public website, authenticated application, icon generation workflows, library features, and related support channels. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use Isometricon on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You may need an account to access generation history, downloads, payments, and credit balances. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Isometricon only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including prompts, uploads, downloads, and payment actions initiated through your session.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malicious files, security exploits, or harmful automated traffic.
• Generate abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or unsafe content.
• Bypass account limits, payment controls, abuse prevention, or access restrictions.
• Operate scraping, resale, or white-label usage of the service without authorization.

We may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend access if we detect behavior that creates legal, operational, or security risk for Isometricon or its users.

Isometricon uses a credit-based system for generation actions. Credit costs may vary by workflow, including text generation, image conversion, refinement, and future premium features shown in the product.

Payments are processed through supported payment providers, including Mayar for IDR transactions and Polar for eligible international purchases where offered. Taxes, bank fees, exchange fees, and third-party payment charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Completed purchases are generally final. If a generation request fails because of a technical issue on our side, the corresponding credits may be restored automatically or after support review. We do not issue refunds for completed generations that match the submitted request but are not subjectively preferred.

We may change pricing, package structure, promotional offers, or feature-specific credit costs at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce credits already granted to your account unless the credits were obtained through abuse, fraud, or reversal of payment.

Isometricon and its underlying software, branding, interface, models, prompts, and product design remain the property of Isometricon by PromptCrafter.id or its licensors.

Subject to these terms and any plan-specific restrictions, you may use the icons you generate for personal and commercial projects. This permission does not transfer any ownership in the Isometricon platform itself.

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform that content solely to operate the service, investigate abuse, maintain logs, and provide support. We do not use your uploads or generated icons to train models without your permission.

You may not resell raw generated outputs as a standalone stock asset library, dataset, prompt pack, or competing generation service unless we explicitly authorize that use in writing.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, infrastructure issues, provider outages, abuse mitigation, or product changes.

We may add, remove, pause, or modify features at any time. Some features may be offered only to certain plans, regions, or payment methods.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will meet every creative, commercial, legal, or technical requirement for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing generated assets before publishing, redistributing, or using them in production workflows. That includes checking accuracy, brand suitability, and compliance with laws applicable to your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isometricon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Isometricon in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, caused security risk, engaged in fraud, or exposed us to legal liability.

After termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Downloaded assets that were properly obtained before termination remain subject to these terms. Unused credits may be forfeited where termination results from abuse, chargeback, or policy violation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Your use of Isometricon is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process account, billing, and generation-related data.
